This was the first assignment for Image Manipulation.We had to construct a ransom note using Adobe Photoshop. I decided to use a basic form that everyone has read in books or seen in police movies. I used details of the surrounding area to make my note more interesting. I also zoomed in really close to be able to make my strips of color behind my text look more like realistic torn paper. My background is a piece of paper that I crumpled and scanned. I left it being too big because I liked the look of the large creases and dark shaded areas. Finally I signed it with a symbol for love to give it a creepy and insane type of feeling.
